How Måns stopped remembering the follow-up.

Måns Pettersson sells corporate fitness at Bruce Studios. He likes the meetings. He does not like remembering what he promised in them. Kong writes the next step, and he ticks it off.

The challenge

The meeting was the easy part.

Bruce had just started selling corporate fitness to companies. The team was small, and they were testing whatever would make prospecting faster. “It should take as little time as possible,” Måns says. Mail and LinkedIn out, inbound from the site back in, and a Pipedrive they were still building.

After a day of calls the names started to slip. “You notice it when you've had a lot of meetings in one day. You start wondering what the person's name even was.” The follow-up lived in his head, and logging it into Pipedrive took the time he would rather spend on the next meeting. “I'm the kind of person who likes taking meetings and talking to people. I don't like the work around it, remembering the follow-ups and all of that.”

Why Kong

The hour after the meeting, gone.

He already had a way to find leads. What he needed was for the meeting to leave a next step behind, without him writing it down.

The next step appears

“Based on the meeting, this is what I should do, and then I tick it off.” He calls that the best part. No reminder steps of his own.

The day stays in one place

He goes back and watches himself. Which questions he asked, which objections came up. “It's really good for evaluating yourself, and getting better.”

Pipedrive gets the meeting

Logging the call was the admin he wanted gone. 107 of his team's meetings have synced to Pipedrive.

Someone else can see the call

Victoria looks at the summary, and at the video Måns sends her, so she can see how he works without sitting in the meeting.

What changed

He kept the seat.

Two weeks into the trial he told Erik he would keep it. “I'm going to want to keep having this,” he said, and left the price to Victoria. She had already been showing Kong around. “For us there's no question that Måns should keep this. Right now it's a service that genuinely simplifies the work and saves so much time.”

B2B was new, and the follow-up was the part that would matter once those companies needed looking after. “It's worth its weight in gold for us,” Victoria says. Since October 2025, Måns is still the one in the product. In September he sat down with Erik again and already knew what he wanted changed.
